SCA Parts Purchase Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By completing a purchase through this website, the purchaser (“Releasor”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the sale and use of SCA (CF Maier Composites Inc) parts:

1. Certified SCA Upfitter Acknowledgment

You affirm that you are a trained and certified upfitter operating under the official SCA / CF Maier Composites Inc upfitter program. You agree to comply with all safety protocols and professional standards for the handling and installation of SCA products. Failure to follow proper procedures may result in voided warranties and potential risk of harm for which you accept full responsibility.

2. Uncertified Purchaser Waiver and Release of Liability

If you are not a trained and certified SCA upfitter, you agree to the following General Release of Liability:

Under the terms of this Release and in consideration of the ability to purchase parts through this site, you hereby release and forever discharge CF Maier Composites Inc (“SCA”), including their agents, employees, successors, assigns, affiliates, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries or damages, personal or property, that result from the purchase, use, handling, or installation of SCA products.

This Release includes any injuries or damages that may develop in the future, whether or not resulting from the condition, quality, suitability, or installation of the parts sold.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not operating as part of the official SCA / CF Maier Composites Inc upfitter program.
  • You accept no warranties on the SCA products purchased.
  • This Release is made in complete settlement and satisfaction of all claims related to the use or misuse of said products.
  • These terms are contractual, not merely a recital, and are binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

3. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for defective parts.
  • If you purchase an incorrect part, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued. Please confirm your order details before finalizing your purchase.
